Help wanted - Voice needed
As you may have noticed over the past few months, Social Marker has become interactive, through the blog posts about recent memorable events. Well, we’re just about ready to take it to the next step now, as we are asking our users for help.
One of our staff members is currently trying to finish a personal project of his and has hit a bit of a snag with the advertising bit. What we are looking for is a suitable voice for a commercial we are making.
If you think you have a pleasant voice and would like to help us out, here’s how. Simply get your hands on a microphone and record the following 6 phrases:
Matt sat at that flat.
He knew Lou through Drew.
We three see free tea.
Make Jake bake eight cakes.
James blames girls’ names.
Internet marketing is a simple science.
They will give us enough information to determine if you have the voice we are looking for. Once you’re satisfied with your recording, simply send it via the Contact page, with the title ‘Voice Recording’.
All entries must be sent in until Sunday, April 26th at midnight GMT. The results will be posted on the blog on Monday and colaboration will start as soon as possible. And just to make sure we’re on the same page, I have to specify the following: while your contribution is greatly appreciated, we will not pay for it. We have kept our service free, so we expect the same from all participants!
